I attended the Vision Goals and Self Evaluation Workshop to help organize my thoughts around retirement and launch of my next career as a life coach. Danny's approach to holistic life review and intention setting provided me with stimulating questions to help me, help me get going. Danny's book, “Vision, Goals, and Self Evaluation” is an excellent resource to help you dig deep, identify what’s truly important to you, and how to most effectively prioritize and strategize your future. The workshop was fun, educational, challenging, and worthwhile. I actually used the information and insights from the workshop and the workbook to do my in-depth planning for the year. Was excellent for mapping out and “chunking down” the next best steps to most efficiently and enjoyably reach my goals. Excellent investment in a meaningful resource!

What would my life look like without Danny Ballard?  I don't want to think about it!  After meeting Danny for coffee over 4 years ago and instantly becoming a friend (as does everyone he meets), I was introduced to the Peer Advisory Boards and the Pinnacle Success System.  As a new entrepreneur, I needed the community of the board and the knowledge of the Pinnacle Courses.  Danny is always encouraging me to think bigger, live in my gifts and make the impact I am meant to make.  His business acumen is spot on for helping business owners see how to take what they have and turn it into something that gives them financial freedom.  With Danny's positive and loving attitude, I have done deep self-reflection and had tremendous personal and business growth. I have become a Certified Catlyft Coach and am now teaching the principles and courses that Danny helped to create.  I am changing lives in the same way that Danny has changed mine!  What an honor!

Danny is the best business coach I’ve ever worked with. One of the many things I love is that Danny’s not a coach that went to some training classes and teaches from a book, he’s a serial entrepreneur who has started, run and sold several businesses. He knows what he’s doing cause he’s done it. He has a knack for being very honest with what he sees I can improve on while also reminding me of my strengths and successes that I so often gloss over in my self evaluation.  He’s helped me in countless ways. Clarifying the vision for my business, coming up with new and innovative ideas on how to improve my business and all the while helping me vastly improve the most important part of all, my mindset!  

I attended Danny's workshop, "Vision, Goals and Self Evaluation" when he offered this at Highlands Church, Denver. The very first thing he did was warmly invite all participants to show up in whatever way they needed and to make the workshop be what they needed it to be. He then did a brief check in with each person and this allowed us to identify what we wanted from the day and started the process of individuals connecting with self and others. Danny led us to look at our lives in a comprehensive way by acknowledging our progress, identifying goals and by challenging and encouraging us to stay the course. He masterfully sees and hears what is going on in the group and respectfully honors the process of each person in the room. He skillfully used large group, small group and individual time for participants to reflect, engage and process in ways that felt safe. I left the workshop feeling a number of things: empowered, motivated, connected to self/others, determined, hopeful and internally integrated. 

I began working with Danny Ballard in 2014 as a member of a business development board he facilitated. He and 4 years of board membership have changed my life – business and personal – for the better. In addition to time on the board, I’d done individual coaching with Danny and brought him in to do sales training for my team. Danny’s range of business experience enables him to offer wisdom and support for anyone in business. His personality is engaging and inspiring in ways that move people forward to accomplish their goals. He has an unusual blend of creativity, big-picture vision and appreciation for numbers that allows him to assess situations and provide strategic advice. I refer him regularly and plan to always be a part of his coaching practice. He must live forever!

Participating in peer advisory boards and having Danny’s coaching these past few years has helped me zero in on a niche, a brand and an ongoing plan of action. This support has taken me from a struggling insurance agent with a part time job to a successful Medicare Insurance Broker with higher income than I have seen in my life. Danny is inspiring, encouraging and he knows how to build a business. Working with Danny has been the best business and personal development decision I’ve ever made.
